A Tech IT Out! event is coming soon to Eagan, Mn! Saturday, April 30, from 12:30-4PM at Unisys Corporation, 3199 Pilot Knob Road. The intended audience is students grades 8-12, parents, college age students who are uncertain of their education and career direction and dislocated workers. Great news for a Dakota Future community: The University of Minnesota was recently awarded funds to build a new Siemens 2.3-megawatt turbine and research facility at UMore Park in Rosemount, Minnesota. The funding comes from an $8 million stimulus grant from the U.S. Department of Energy.
